5@5 — ‘Next Food Network Star’ Winner Aarti Sequeira (via Eatocracy)

Everyone says they can cook “Asian” style but Indian is a completely different type of Asian style. As much as I hate that ethnicities can be “trendy” it’s true. Gwen Stefani made Japanese a trend, a very fashionable trend. But ethnicities are just part of who we are, we don’t choose to be this way because it would make us cooler. About akindafoodblog

I'm a picky foodie in training. I can't stop talking about food, so writing about it seems like a normal transition. There are so many foods I don't like, and that's a bit of a problem. I don't really know how to cook but I love to bake. So I'm on a culinary journey and I want to invite everyone to join me.
